I've bought this yellow high-waisted pencil skirt to wear, as I thought the style will be keeping it quite sophisticated, but the colour will make me look quite funky and 'down wit da kidz!', haha. I'm planning on wearing black wooley tights and pumps or some patent court shoes with a small heel. My dilemma is, what to wear on the top half?
